Chinese is becoming an increasingly important language and is spoken by billions of people in East Asia. After the US, China has the largest number of internet users. It was a gargantuan day for a little country yesterday! Croatia, a country of roughly 4.4 million people, became a member of the European Union. On 1st July,2013, Croatia opened the doors for its people to have all the benefits and access to all information that the European Union provides.
For many Croatian people, Croatian’s acceptance to European Union will be life-changing. Croatia and its people can now expect free movement of its labour force, goods, services and capital across country lines—likely resulting in an economic boost for the country. Croatia will now utilise the Euro and citizens of other European nations will not need passports to visit Croatia—which will assist in improving tourism.

An interpreter’s job is exciting and diverse. One day an interpreter can be on an assignment in a courtroom and the next day in a hospital, while on another day they can find themselves hob-nobbing with high-level government officials.

We were part of a two-day conference hosted by a manufacturer of high-quality, luxury natural skincare products.
