The Queensland Government announced the panel of approved suppliers for translation and interpreting services. Translationz is pleased to be selected to provide the following services:
- on-site face to face language interpreting services
(non Indigenous and Torres Strait Islander languages) - telephone interpreting services
- video interpretation services (video remote interpreting)
- translation services
We are honoured to be selected as one of only three language services providers who are approved for all of these categories.
Some of the Queensland Government agencies that participate include:
- Department of Health
- Department of Communities, Child Safety and Disabled Services
- Department of Justice and Attorney General
- Department of Housing and Public Works
- TAFE Queensland
- Queensland Police Service
- Department of Transport and Main Roads
Translationz will serve all the regions in Queensland. In addition to Brisbane and the rest of South East Queensland, Translationz will also support:
- Cairns & Far North Queensland
- Mount Isa & North West Region
- The Central West
- South West & Darling Downs
- Townsville
- Mackay Whitsunday Region
- Rockhampton
- Gladstone
- Wide Bay Burnett
The contract term is three years and is effective from February 1, 2018. The estimated Total Value of the Contract is $76,400,000 for all categories.
